wEinstein Solutions IT Support are able to offer remote support and online training for those people who live outside our
on-site coverage area, including international customers, by connecting directly to your computer via the Internet.
You may also use these services if you need high speed assistance, which would not be feasible otherwise.
Online computer support is simple. You give us the go ahead to connect to your computer remotely and we will fix
your PC while you sit back and relax. You can even watch what we are doing at all times.
Booking procedures are essentially the same, though please book by telephone or Contact Form if assistance is required
very quickly. Remote assistance is charged at £12.50 per quarter-hour (non-contract customers). International customers
will be required to make a booking and payment prior to the support being given.
